I have my phone on flight mode at work to save it searching for network as signal bad

Was on this mode all day came back to it at 4 pm and it was really hot and at 20% from 99% and was on flight mode all day

Go to settings, then app manager,then device monitor and then battery...now close the extra apps that drains your battery's power

It might have been caught in some other process.

Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above
