I have followed nearly all the methods given in crackberry forums. It worked. But after a 4months it started again.
Is there any solutions for this? Or should I downgrade the OS to 10.2 where I didn't get any error?

It started after the 10.3.1 update. I don't want to downgrade it. Anyway I will try your method.
But I have important things in my memory card and I don't want to remove it

I have 2 threads for the same issue, not of any use. People will just advice to use autoloaders which didn't work.
BlackBerry don't want it's stl 100-01 customers to be happy!

I think they don't know that stl100-1 has battery calibration issue.

Blackberry are well aware of this
It's a hardware problem which can't be solved

Stl100-1 us still selling here in india. Why don't they stop manufacturing it. Still people buy here in online websites. It is not good at all.
I think with the launch of leap they will stop the production of z10.

Nope. but I know that there is no problem with the battery. It started with the OS 10.3.1

The reason for my asking is, where laptops are concerned, the smart battery reports it's levels to the OS. I wonder if that's the case with the LS1 battery?

It would seem the issue has been happening long before OS10.3.1 came out.
    https://supportforums.blackberry.com...ht/true#M31915
    https://supportforums.blackberry.com...ht/true#M29399

If at all possible, I would try a different battery.

I understand what you are talking about. The issue is with every stl100-1 z10. It was there before but when I followed instructions from BlackBerry forums it worked and it stopped later. After 4months when I updated the OS it started again.
People in the forums said many times that it is an hardware issue and there is no permanent fix for this.
    I will try battery anyway...

    Battery indicator error. Again!!!-img_20150331_173511.png

I'm on the latest official OS and I noticed that too. I always unplug when the indicator reads 100% on the home screen but if I open Device Monitor, it shows this. So I just rely on when the DM says the battery is charged.

Your phone too has this problem. It is really disgusting to not know when the device will be switched off. It's better to change the mobile. Thinking of leap now...
