    System and Text Messages running the most and drains my battery. Just sending one text message starts draining the battery faster that previous leaks
    Any help?

    I installed the official os and ive noticed much higher battery usage and therfore much faster battery drain. Anybody else?

    Me too but in specifically on text messages is what runs a lot of power

    Just got my Z10 today and experience heavy battery drain from text messaging like shown above. I am on the latest official OS. Changed APN and will see if it makes any difference.

    Changing APN seems to have fixed it for now at least. I had turned off 4G network but still used a 4g APN adress in the settings but changed it. Maybe that made the difference but I don't know.
