So I use "Battery Lover" app -- great and simple app

And it never seems to charge full to 100% ... Always stays at 99% ... past two days it only goes to 98%

Whats the problem here!?

I found it sometimes takes a while to get from 99 to 100, if left long enough.

Since these new batteries are Li-ion they have different cells built inside the battery and the charger will actually try to even out the two cells that are in the battery, so for the one cell it should drop the charging down to 1v or .5amp and the other one would be charging at the full capacity of the charger to equal out both of the cells the same - This is from my knowledge of RC batteries if these are anything the same and have different cells this could be the reason. - not 100% sure though
