I am not sure whether this is a software problem that will be fixed eventually or whether I should exchange the phone while I still can. Twice I have gone to sleep with the phone off charging and when I turned it off in the morning the light was green but the power bar was at 50%. When I reset the phone it went all the way up to 100%. I also have had it off plugged in overnight and when I woke up in the morning the screen was on saying blackberry and the battery was at like 3%. Has anyone else had problems like this??/

had same issue.. found out that if i plug the charger in slowly .. it doesnt start charging ... but if i plug it in fast ... it does.....

Have you had charging bar being completely wrong as well?

I think there is something wrong with the way the OS reads the battery. 4 battery monitors show different values, a restart changes the value by up to 10%... and I too have woken up to a less than 100% supposed charge after waking up to a green blinking light with the phone off.

I was convinced for a while it may have been the battery but it is sounding more and more like it's software related.
