Does anyone know if there is a BAR file installer or one in the works for installing directly ON the device? like iGrann for example, its a BAR file made for BB10...but you still have to side-load it....on iPhone, if you jailbreak, you can install .ipa/.deb files directly on the device....Android requires no rooting to install APKs...even Windows Phone 7 devices can install XAP files downloaded from browser if you have a custom ROM on it......they need one of those type things for BB10....and even PB

Yes there is on that you can use called barinstall. Look in the app threads and you will have to read about it to see if it is what you want. To install directly on your device you need a proxy or a PB or some other device. And a premium account. Check it out.
