Hey there, if I use my Z10 during charging the battery is going down anyway.

Are you using the charger that came with it?

That is very strange. As someone asked...are you using the OEM charger? If you aren't, maybe the transformer isn't pumping enough juice into the phone. Or maybe the outlet doesn't have enough power. Have you tried charging it in different places?

On another note...I always use the charger that came with my Z10 and almost every time I charge it, it comes up with the screen that says "To charge your device faster, use the charger that came with the device". Not sure why that always happens.

Yes, I charged with the originally one. And I tried it with an car adapter, there I got the same massage like you, I should take the delivered charger.

I tested it, if you use GPS with display on, it's not possible for the charger to hold the Z10 alive. So with the time your phone will shut down.
Also is my phone going to be very hot.

With leak 4537 the charging issue is gone!

I�m using the other port that allows you to use charger from older BB versions, but it giving me problems today. The red light is intermittently going on and off and the symbol keep showing of a charging battery. Then it shows a power cord with a line going through it, but still not charging. I need help getting it to work today. Thanks
