    Anyone else having difficulties backing up their Z10 with Blackberry Link? I've tried it on 2 PC's (one XP and one Windows 7) and each of them stop the download just past 90% and say the backup failed and that the device is no longer connected. It was indeed connected.

    I tried it on my Macbook and all I got was preparing backup for like 10 mins, it never did the backup, I just cancelled it.

    Hmmm this worries me. I spent a lot of time doing my settings and everything and I don't feel right taking it ou without a backup at home.

    Also, the help button in Link does nothing but bring up a blank white window.
