How to back up specific app,is it possible?

You can try using LINK... Go to Custom Backup and show the details for Application Data to get the list of Apps that it can backup. Maybe it will do what you want... and maybe it won't. Make sure to test it out before relying on it.

If it doesn't, if you provide the App info then maybe someone else has figured out how to back up that app.

As long as you maintain or re-use the same BBID you should be able to re-download them again.

I think the only issue would be if they are withdrawn from BB World.

I have not tried a Custom or selective backup of specific apps. You can do a Custom Restore - that I've done to make sure I UNselect Blackberry Runtime (the android processor).
