Anyone sure what the back cover is made of? I've heard glass weave but others say that is just the Q10.

Also, has anyone heard of someone breaking their phone's back cover?

The black Z10 battery cover is a similar material to the Playbook, but with a nifty texture to it. Very easy to hold, nice feel to it. The white one is similar to the white Torch - a little slippery. Not to my liking. ~ecm

i assume that 'glass weave' means fibreglass. that's what it feels like to me.
