    I thought there was suppose to be a hub type new view on the lock screen with a sneak peak at new emails ,tweets, texts that I could interact with? or something as such? do I need to turn this on?

    Yes. Settings->notifications. Scroll down and turn on Instant Previews

    Ok...when/if you get a notification, where it displays your icons on the left side of the screen, tapping the icon will bring a preview of the message. Is that what you mean?

    Tap the lock button, and tap it again to bring up your scree showing the clock and whatnot....now the notification[s] you do have you can tap to get a preview on.

    ok thx , i did turn on instant notifacations, and yes deezy87 that is it, but when i tap i get noting, but the arrows on the bottom telling me to unlock the screen,lol

    So it's still not working? Give it a quick reboot. I've had this happen to me. A reboot fixes it. Well at least for me it does.

    But if you are on BES and Balance is locked, then you won't be able to check out your work email from the lock screen, right?
