    Hey guys. I have downloaded an Autoloader from blackberry's website. The os version that I want to install is 10.2. However, I tried to install it but for some reason the cmd exits and nothing happens. This happens every time as I have tested it on other pcs as well. I have a z10 stl100-2. I am running the latest software as well. Any help?

    You can't downgrade from the latest version if it is higher than 10.2

    Is there is a way of wiping the os completely from the phone and then use the autoloader as an "upgrade?"
