does anyone find that recently their autocorrect dissappears and doesnt work and the word swipe feature also stops?

running z10 with software 10.2.1.537 and os 10.2.1.1925

i have rebooted my phone and that worked yesterday but today my hub would not load so i dobt want to reboot.

i have properly downloaded some basic andeoid apps a few weeks ago using snap so dont think that is the issue...

please help!

First off, do a device reset (NOT exactly same as a Restart).
Hold down Volume Up & Down keys and do not release. Ignore screenshot popup, any splashscreens, etc. Do not release the keys until you see the blue startup logo.

Anything fixed after that reboot?

You might want to check your settings to make sure what you want to happen is enabled.

Thanks elite1. I will try that next time. I just turned off and on and that seemed to have solved it. If it happens again I will try your suggestion. Much appreciated.


And for other posts I checked my settings at the time and yes all were set for auto correct etc correctly
