I have me Z10 synced with the Ford sync system. When it starts, the media player automatically starts playing random tracts. On the 9930 you could change the setting of the pair and disable remote control. I can't seem to find where to do that on the Z10.

I see that too (2012 Ford Focus), but that is audio sync and isn't that what you want to start. But I just close the player and bring up Apollo.

I have this with my Lincoln, Essentially the walk around that i found is that you have to select a new audio source, such as Line In, and switch it to radio right after, the next time you enter the car, the media app on your device will not load unless you select Bluetooth Source.
