    Hey Guys,

    Got a challenge If I'm sent a calendar appointment / meeting request from outlook with a file attached to the appointment - I can't seem to find any possible way of viewing that attachment on the Z10.

    The meeting request comes through successfully and I can view it in the calendar, but the attached agenda PDF seems to get lost in the mail.

    Does anyone know if it's possible to view such an attachment on the Z10?

    I'd also like to find a way to accomplish this. In fact I am synced via our BES and I'm unable to access any attachments even if I created them in outlook on my PC. Best I can do is have my notes show up.

    My calendar on the Z10 is synced with my new outlook (formerly known as hotmail) account.
    I just copy and paste all information I need into the note section. Then when I open the calendar on my Z10 I have all information.

    I've used it for business trips with my confirmation codes for rental cars, hotels and flights.
    Works great!
    But you do have to copy and paste.

    You might want to check this out. Exchange ActiveSync does not download attachments to Calendar items on mobile devices

    Im confused. My attachments in outlook calendar dont appear in my z10. they previously were there in all my other blackberries.

    is this user error or another deficiency in the z10?

    I too am waiting for this feature on the BB10. It is a pain in the **** to have to save the attachment on my PC and email it to my phone before the meeting.

    You could put the agenda in a folder for all users on drop box and attach the link to all users when you send the calendar appointment?
