    Anyone know how to enable this service on prepaid? I thought it used data but it says I need to call to activate it???

    It should work over WiFi but then again it may require a data connection initially before it negotiates the connection over WiFi.

    ya i can do it over wifi but not the 4g cell connection. So there must be something the carrier sent to say no video over 4g. anyone know what?

    In the Caribbean on vacation and I'm on prepaid... I am able to make voice/video calls over the network. BBM works with wifi and BBID (no need for a sim card) so it should work without issues on wifi.

    Regarding voice/video calls over the network, you need atleast 3G or higher (HSPA/LTE) for the calls to be successful and the icon to show up to initiate the call.
