    I can't get into this setting window, it keeps giving me a spinning circle of blue...until I exit. I'm on the leaked 10.1 OS on STL100-3 version.

    Anyone else getting this?

    went thru this when I first installed the OS leak. I restored my settings only from backup and that seemed to resolve this permanently.

    EDIT...sorry I meant to add that after OS Leak installed that I had originally just applied my apps, settings. Then when I found the issue with Permissions I did it again and that resolved it. The Payment Options issue was resolved by pretending to buy something on BBWorld and then it refreshes that area due to being prompted for your BBID login. Hope that helps.

    I've restored my settings several times since installing the leaked OS to fix contacts (fixed now) and applications permissions still hangs. Also don't have payment options after buying app on BBW, but I think that doesn't hold after a reboot.

    well it worked by I had to just start from scratch, security wipe and manually reinstalled everything!

    You gotta be kidding?? I have the same problem but I really don't want to go through all that. That's crazy. Should be a better fix than that or there's not a whole lot of point to doing backups if you have to reinstall everything manually anyway.

    Oh well that's the price you pay for installing leaks, but well worth it!
