    No. The only way to backup is to use Link, and that won't give you bar files.

    You can move around the backup file as you wish, but you can't extract anything out of it. It's tied to your BlackBerry ID.

    If you use Snap they (apps) can be found in device/downloads I move mine to extsd so when I try newer OS, I can manually install them - native ones will be saved for you on BlackBerry World

    Bar or zip it make no differences. It is still android app. The app extension is like a packaging only.

    Symbian is still and always my favourite Os. Nokia 808. FilePLAY Music Player
