App world says twitter and link din are both installed but are not I tried un installing as well as deleting from app world but still won't let me install twitter or link din also made sure no twitter or link din accounts under account settings tried restarting phone etc

Twitter and LinkedIn both came preinstalled on my Z10. Not sure why exactly you're having an issue with this. Have you tried contacting the developer? If you go to the app in BlackBerry World and press the Overflow Menu button, the 3 little dots in the lower right corner, it should give you an option to "Contact Developer" try that and see if they can offer any suggestions.

BlackBerry World is then probably going off of your BBID which would show them as installed. Have you tried going into BlackBerry World > My World > My Apps & Games > Twitter (long press on Twitter until it brings up the side menu) > Launch ??? This should launch the Twitter app if it is installed.

I just tried that twitter is there but will not launch tried other apps and they launch from there

Tonight my phone popped up and said there was a application software update which put linkdin and twitter back on my phone
