    Hey guys i try to go into the BB Z10 app world and it shows that it is loading but never actually goes into the app world. I know my wifi is working properly because i am posting this, so i need a quick fix if one is available. Thanks in advance

    Hi Pearl,
    There are a few posts about this already.
    I had this issue and the simple fix was: open the Music app > click on the 3 dots > click on BlackBerry World.
    This will open up BlackBerry World and then you will be able to use the regular app.
