Ok. I just restored my device with my entire data, including my apps. Everything went find except one of my apps (Tune in radio) disappeared. So I thought I'll just go back to blackberry world and reinstall it. However it already says it's installed! Another thing that's missing is my home favorite for my browser link (Google maps). I also tried re-adding it and still won't appear. Anyone have a solution for me?

Mine's not doing that.

There are no problems with the phone.

It's probably your carrier.

Are you able to uninstall it from BBworld? Then reinstall. Might fix.

Yeah I tried that. Tried un installing and deleting. Just doesn't do anything even after a heard reset. Looks like gotta do another wipe!

Yea sounds strange. Maybe uninstall the app and then back up the phone, wipe and reinstall it after? Shouldn't have to do this but it sounds like a one off random issue. Sorry it happened to you. Hope it gets working again. Good luck bud.
