APN for unlocked phone

If I get my Z10 unlocked and I travel to another country and use their sim, do I have to modify the apn? I know that it is currently locked down from editing. Thank you!

The apn should be associated with the sim card. Because when I got my unlocked Rogers Z10 and used a T-Mobile sim, the apn settings automatically adjusted.

I have a factory unlocked Z10. The APN settings appear automatically with the SIM card.

It will update automatically with the sim(just as long as the simcard is a newer sim)

sometimes the older simcards that are cut down to a microsim don't automatically update the APN settings on
the Z10 so if you are having that issue, just make sure you have a newer simcard
