hi guys

i have z10 stl-3 unlocked os 10.2.0.429.

i cannot access data through my carrier. the carrier doesn't officially sell BB. their support says i must configure APN manually.

the problem is my BB doesn't save the APN. Each time i press save it sends me back to previous screen and the APN field remains empty.

does anybody know how to resolve this issue?

I had this happen on my vzw phone because I did a wipe after I loaded the OS.
Do you have a leak on your phone and did you wipe after loading?

I have an official release. It's brand new device and from the beginning I have this problem

Changing the apn settings was a BlackBerry legacy (BlackBerry Os) thing
Nowadays your z10 doesn't neer BlackBerry internet service (bis), no need to change the apn settings. This is carrier related so if you can't change your apn and don't have data call your operator.

But you should be fine cause the Z10 handles it's data access on the net work like any other phone.
