Just reboot your phone and allow from settings--->applications manager , install apps from other sources and try again

ok. so i dig a little deeper. i found a thread about this http://forums.crackberry.com/android...nn-z10-884663/ and it says to install android programs from the bb world like the skype or ghost commander, unfortuantely, those programs do not open on my bb z10, they are installed but refuse to open.

any fix?

Reload official OS 10.2.1. swipe setting app manager "ON" installation .load 1mobile market directly to device .load android app by 1 mobile to device. BlackBerry Link save the files before reload OS.Not all android app is work.

I had to reload in BlackBerry Link. Tried countless solutions. That's the only thing that worked for me.
Take your memory card out mind cos it'll security wipe as well.

@yeosy. U r saying that i shall go for security wipe and then again load the update..
@doubleuc i understand the part that i remove my memory card before the wipe..but the bb link part i dint get it..

No, I mean plug the phone into pc, run blackberry link and then select restore to factory.

It will clear everything on the phone but keep the new os, this worked for me.

I do suggest trying to side loading the official runtime from the link above first though. That got me nowhere.

Fixed!! I deleted android apps, deleted Snap, reinstalled Snap with Sanchesi and redownloaded android apps. Apps now working! Seems part problem due to Snap app was not working correctly.

I just hope I dont have to do this often...

Swipe setting, hitting APP manager, installing apps, allow app from others sources to be installed "ON".good luck!
