    I have it, but I'm having an issue getting the battery to charge. It seems to be very sensitive to how the battery is positioned. Does anyone have any tips or anything?

    I have two. They are working just fine. I can only say that any charging issues I have ever had were due to an incompatible cable/plug.

    Clean the battery terminals and pins in the charger with a cotton swab which lightly dampened with isopropyl. If that does not work, you may need to replace the charger there is a small 4056A charging IC inside that can fail to send adequate charging pulses to the battery.
