hell yeah i know i was, then I installed OS 10.2.1.1055 and it has me hootin and hollering and shouting kind words at my neighbors and stuff.

definitely brought new life into the phone, and refreshed the excitement that has evaporated since I bought mine from a user here in March.

I'm leery of leaks, because I use my phone in business - if my phone doesn't work, my production is crippled.

However, I did install the official update 10.2.0 and I'm much happier with my device's abilities, now.

I appreciate the updates to the operating system but I am not impressed with the hub problems.

I look forward to the problems being resolved in an official release.

I, too, use my phone for business. I'd say 90% of what I do is for business. I usually wait a few days to install leaks... that way, if there seems to be too many issues I pass. Just back up before install and you can always go back to the OS you were on before.

I'm a Q10 user, but the list of bugs in the current 10.2.1 is still too long for me to try it

My laptop is currently broken, so over the past week I've leaned on my Q10 even more. Thinking of looking for a Miracast receiver to avoid the constant HDMI in and out.

I'm itching to try it, but need my phone to be as reliable as possible for the time being.

mf, i'm out on the road for 9-12 hours a day, my z10 is the only way i can get a hold of somebody if I were to get lost, break down, etc... I trust this OS with my personal safety and sanity.

No, I wasn't "kinda meh" about my Z10 because it worked, and continue to work, beautifully doing what it was meant to do. Functional (user-friendly) leaks simply enhance the experience.

Just curious, does anyone else think that if this has been leaked a little sooner, that our impression of TH would be different. I realize that he is not the programmer, but to see the work that his teams is doing really makes me think he was wanting to better BB and was surely authorizing features that we wanted and needed?

I haven't tried 10.2.1 yet, but it seems from what I'm reading that it's a more monumental jump than a fraction of a fraction update.

How do they decide the naming conventions? From a marketing perspective should this be a "bigger" upgrade?

A lot of people are saying it's breathing a whole new life into their devices, more than 10.1 or 10.2, so would BlackBerry be wise to make it 10.3 or even 11?

Totally satisfied here, staying on 10.2.0 till carrier release. Happy with Z10 on into next upgrade time but will spring for Z30 in the spring if on att.

Or if it was released a LOT sooner, the same could be said for Mike and Jim. I don't think the direction has changed much since they were in charge...

I don't think so because the reason he was on his way out was bad marketing and consumer adoption. Having a great OS version ship would have made existing users happy but do little to change the opinion of those who won't even look at a BlackBerry.
