Just checked and still no orange/ee update. I thought o2 was slow on the uptake.....

I can wait but it sucks that it's not a simple case of the update from a single source.

That link is great. It doesn't work for devices outside of the US though, and doesn't work for people not using Windows computers.

Top tip go get a free Vodafone pay as you go sim, put in phone update then put your sim back in.

Problem solved

Vodafone will always be first in the uk with the updates think we're the only ones left with a dedicated internal blackberry unit.

Doubt anyone in T-Mobile or Orange knows what's going on the whole network merge is one big cluster ****.

No one knows who is doing what anymore. A call to their hq normally sorts it out though.

I remember when I had my Bold, I was with Vodafone as they were/are the best for BlackBerry.
Even my old company used BB on Vodafone.

As mentioned before. Get a Vodafone SIM card (99p at Tesco) with an unlocked Z10 you can download and install the update

Well as I have no real issues with battery life with my Z10 there is no big rush to get this upgrade. I'll just wait for O2 to release it when there good and ready. Easily get a day from mine already. : )

Nope, spoke to them last night they have no clue.

Only way you are going to get it now is by sticking a voda sim into your z10 and updating that way...but that all depends on whether or not your z10 is unlocked to all networks. Mine is, bought it sim free and last night i put a voda sim in my z10 and downloaded and installed the update with no problems whatsoever. BTW a PAYG voda sim will work.

Would putting a vodafone sim in work with my phone which is on O2? As in i got it on contract from O2. I doubt it will but does anyone know for sure? I doubt O2 will get the update out any time soon, they havent even made a My O2 app yet, and its not looking like they will in the future

Really feel like i;m missing out not having the update given hoe much it improves the phone. Come on O2, sort it out.

It will definitely work if your phone is unlocked... many have already done this.
