Anyone got 10.3.1 for z10 stl100-1 yet? In any country? If so please suggest me how to update my OS currently my divice runing on 10.2.1.3062 version. My BB Z10 is factory unlocked international model STL100-1 bought from Amazon.com(illinois state,USA) and current iam using this phone in india with IDEA Cellular network. I tried to update my os in different ways(bb link,OTA and on bb website) but its showing your os is upto date

please help me guys how to get update

Check your BlackBerry World for updates. Alternatively you can connect to your Computer via BlackBerry Link and click software update.

Try getting an autoloader for 10.3.1.1154 then u can do an OTA update it will be a small download..

Hi Gaddam, my wife's z10 STL100-1 been successful upgraded to 10.3.1.1565 as well as mine z30 that I did alone. It's works smoothly like butter. I am also living in India and got notification appear on the BlackBerry Hub saying that OS 10.3 is available. I followed the instructions and done well.

I am not an expert, but based on my experience, if you want to upgrade to 10.3 here is something to consider:
1. Remove media card,
2. Besides mobile connection from carrier, use also WiFi set on with strong connection (I placed about 5 meters from the modem),
3. Keep your device charging during downloading, installation and restarting of the device.

The process will be two lapses with the first download file size approximately 947MB followed by installation and the second was approx.1.4 GB. Better your device do not interrupted during the process. Btw my carrier is Vodafone. Good luck.

Yep, my Dev Alpha B on 10.3 updated last week to 10.3.1 with a 500 MB update. I was checking everyday for a couple of days before it received the update. No sim being used in it.
