Any Lag on Z10....
...for the lucky users who live outside the US? Has any lag creeped into the OS? I'm really impressed with how responsive and snappy the UI is on the videos I've seen. And I'm curious if it remains crisp after time.

No. Not even once in the 1.5 month I've had with it.

Reboot helps with iPhones as well. Sometimes apples ram management isn't that perfect I think. However, even rebooting every two weeks or so is something I think is in order, generally. You reboot your computer from time to time as well, it just helps to keep things smooth.

What's also nice is the way the phone gracefully handles transitions and content loading.

Lag is relative to your expectations. I still cannot believe that before Android's project butter the UX was considered laggy. After implanting project butter into Android 4.0 droid users started talking about how laggy it was previously. Droid user were definitely covering up the issue during their reviews.

For the most part, none at all. But Vector-SS is right in saying that the Settings and Phone app tend to be a little slower than the rest of the apps for some reason (nothing serious, but it's noticeable), hopefully this will be sorted with time.

My phone has been on for almost a month without rebooting or sleeping. In the first month I found that if I put it to sleep before charging, it would wake up without a battery pull.
There has been no performance lag whatsoever. QNX is a solid, robust and amazing OS

6 weeks, one major update, 13 pages of applications, heavy user... Have usually more than 4 apps open at a time, no lag.
However, maps app sometimes crashes and closes, maybe another app or two might have crashed, but definitely not in recent memory...

I love how if a single app malfunctions, it simply closes without affecting the rest of the system

Only thing that lags is certain Android side loads but I think that will be resolved with Jelly Bean support coming soon. Other than that it's fast and as smooth as butter even with going between multiple active frames.

@annon91221 13 pages of apps! Wow! Curious what apps have you downloaded?

I agree whole hearty as i have more than 150 apps with about half android ports. And no lag at all. Incredible phone. I use it none stop as well in all aspects. But like the comment above. I too once in a while do a reboot with a fresh battery pull. Cause just like any computer cpu. It just gets rid of any crap left hanging around. And cleans it all fresh again. No real reason other than that.

No lag whatsoever, and I've only restarted the phone 3 times (once when I first got it, and twice for updates), and never pulled the battery since I put it in on Feb 5th.
The thing that people need to realize is that the settings app is written in Adobe Air, and that's why it lags. It has nothing to do with restarting or the OS getting laggy in general. If they decide to rewrite it in Cascades, it won't be laggy. The phone app, I suspect, has the same issue, though it isn't laggy...it just takes a second or two to load content when first opened.
