Can someone advise me on a decent sequencing software program for use on my windows laptop, not an expert, just like to play! Have to say Animoog is an awesome app, phenomenal sounds when outputted through my home system! Thanks in advance...

If you have a line-in microphone jack you can use Audacity to record and edit your performance. Caustic 2 is a neat sequencer app for the Z10, but it works off samples. Maybe try building your rhythm and chord sequences in caustic, record them in audacity, then record animoog on top of that.

Thanks, have audacity, used it briefly for cropping and mixing songs was, stupidly, unaware it could be used like this, will give caustic a good look, appreciated.

Animoog is not a sequencing program, it's just a softsynth. Caustic is a very comprehensive music creation apo that let's you play, sequence and record music.
I have it on my PlayBook and refuse to install it on my z10 simply because it's a big and messy install. All the samples used in the app show up in your music library which is very annoying
