    Anyone know of a way to reset the android player? I updated OS to VZW 10.1 and now all Android apps will not start.

    I get the blue bar and then initializing but nothing happens for Songza, Skype, etc...

    The equivalent of a battery pull on a BB10 device is holding the top buttom untill you get to the BB loading screen (ignore the tap here to reboot and device is shutting down messages and hold it till it restarts).

    That should do it.
