    I get this notification when I try installing apps from snap. "Android installer not found on your device. Please ensure that you are running a compatible version of blackberry 10".
    I have the 10.2.1.3442 OS and have never used a leak. How do I fix this.

    Well, I believe SNAP worked/works with the older, official OS versions. I've not seen that before. Have you given the phone permission to install apps from sources other than BBworld?

    Main Settings, AppManger, Installing Apps.... and decide if you want to install apps from "other sources?"
