Randomly starting this morning after my battery died, my Android apps have stopped working. The app window opens but stays black and nothing happens. Even if I swipe down from the top, nothing happens.

I am running the official VZW 10.1 OS and I haven't had this problem before. This is happening on all Android apps, Sideloads and BlackBerry World downloads.

I have restarted my phone many times now and nothing has helped. Does anyone have any ideas on what can help?

One more thing, I don't have access to a computer right now to do any OS reloading.

Try a reboot... hold the power button down ignoring, restart countdown, BB logo, black screen, red led, splash screen etc.. keep holding it down till the blue startup screen.

Thanks, but still not working. All I get is a black screen when I try to open an android app. All I can do is swipe up to minimize it, nothing else gets a response.

I'm having the same issue as well. I'm on Z10STL100-2/10.1.0.4633. Has anybody resolved this issue?

I upgraded to 10.2 and it's fixed. Not sure what the problem was though...
