Have you noticed in turns into a scientific calculator when you turn it to landscape. Just a shame it has no percentage button any more.

Yeah, the calculator on the Z10 is lovely. It had a minor bug when I first bought it, where the calculator would sometimes be unresponsive, but they seem to have fixed it in the latest OS update.

This is really good to know because the calculator on the 9930 is a bit of a joke. I'm still waiting over here in the states for the Z10 to arrive (some day) and it's a bit of a relief to know that I won't have to put up with a 1/2 baked calculator anymore once I get my hands on the Z10.

Is there a way one can add a % or is there perhaps another calculator app one can download?

    Use decimals and times...
To add 15% times by 1.15
To calculate what 15% is times by 0.15
To remove 15% divide by 1.15

Never trusted that percent key myself also there is a tip calculater if you swipe down from the top, it does nothing but percents.

Yeah would be nice to have a percentage button... but I never use or trust it anyway. Honestly I have no idea how the percentage function really works

Percentages are not that hard. It really is just a multiplication function. 100% is x1, 50% is x.5, 200% is x2

A percentage key would still be easier. How would you factor in 2.75% for ex. Guess i should of paid more attention in math class

2.75% is equal to multiplying by 0.0275. Just move the decimal place over to the left by two digits.
