I can not understand why all incoming calls come marked "unknown caller." It does not matter he has in the phonebook z10 or not, it is still "unknown caller". Even the phone number is not defined.
Prompt how to fix it?

Had this issue earlier with 1925 Os version in my phone I guess.
Now, it hasnt happened since I updated to 2102.

Check your os version, update if needed.

If that doesnt solve the issue, then I guess a format and reloading the contacts and address book may sort it out.

I had the same problem before as well. Went crazy to find a solution but in the end I decided to do a backup and reload the backup. Worked like a charm. If this doesn't work reload the os as well and see if that works.
