This problem has been happening for about a week. Sometimes when I have Active Frames things(where you swipe up to minimise the app and go to the home screen) all the windows randomly close all at once. For Example, I might be on this screen:



Then I swipe to the left to go to the first app screen:



And the next thing I know all the Active Frames are closed. I really don't know what causes this.

Please can someone help me on this issue.

That's kinda weird. What OS are you running? Have you just loaded a new OS via autoloader or updated OTA? Try restarting your device first and see how that goes.

This is for all the apps, or just certain apps? Could be the apps the problem, or low memory on the device also can close all active frame.

I would check the device monitor and the memory portion. While doing what you were doing.

You've got your answer right there, you have a Leak OS.. Install a Native/Official OS, I am sure it will fix your problems.

It has only happened to me once, but I have the offical OS on a Z30, so I doubt ram was the issue.

I have had a similar problem since owning my z10 through all the official updates. Apps usually twitter, Internet, linked in and crackberry just close whilst using them. Sometimes many times!
All are official apps and updated.
It's the only thing that makes me reconsider BB10!

Other platforms has their share of their own random problems and bugs. And I haven't seen this happen on most people.

I have another problem. Sometimes I install apps from Snap or BlackBerry App World but I don't like them so I delete them. A few days later, I see all the apps I deleted reinstalled again! I really don't know what causes this.

Please can someone help me with this issue.

If it were to happen when your screen was dark/asleep, I would check to see when your last restart was -- hopefully it's not a random reboot -- but you say it's happening when you're using the device. If you plug a BlackBerry 10 device into your computer using USB and go to make a backup using Link, it will close all your Active Frames when it makes a backup. Maybe something along these lines?

started happening to me recently when i have 5 - 6 active frames open. checked memory usage and i was only down to around 200-300mb when the auto closing happened

Other frames stay open its usually twitter or LinkedIn will close during use, the browser never closes completely it just says browser crash and do I want to reopen the page! Very annoying after the 5th time in a row.
