[CrackBerry Question]

after trying to getting snapchat working in my device I did a battery pull. I had 3gb of memory on the device and now all of a sudden it went all the way to under 250mb. Whatsapp won't open. At one point before I did another reset after seeing these issues I was unable to add an email for one of my contacts, and whatsapp was asking me to register my device as if it were the first time I was downloading whatsapp. Everything is going crazy. Contacts app settings were reset, went from dark theme back to original white background; even the all the contacts display settings were reset. The led just keeps flashing like crazy. I'm running the latest os official update 10.3.2. Even at one point I was unable to attach a picture to an email; once attached the file was 0b and could not be sent.
What is going on with the OS. I mean a huge chunk of device memory just disappeared after about 3-4 days of using the new OS; I didn't download anything that took up over 3 gigs of storage.

Sounds like you messed up something when trying to get snapchat on your phone. You might have to reload again but that's a last resort. Did you remove snapchat?

I haven't tried removing snapchat yet. Do you think I should remove it then do another battery pull?
