The way I see it, no. One is simply for a more media centric user (Z10) and the other is for the more communicative style user (Q10). I use my device for more messaging and communication than web browsing and media so I'm sticking with the Q10. It's all personal preference

This! So I should hold on to my Z10, but I'm really tempted on the Q10

I see no difference than the physical keyboard and smaller screen and a big screen with no physical keyboard. The battery is bigger on the a but that's it.

I believe there is something of a pent-up desire among the diehard BBerry crowd that will help the Q10 sell very well. I'm a film maker and though one would think people in my industry would all have iPhones... not the case. Most still use older BBerry. And, though they admire my Z10 (I'm a former Android user) they're ALL holding out for the Q10. So, despite what we touch screen types may think, there's a bunch of people out there who want their real keyboard. Advantage?

As much as I love a physical keyboard I don't think I could give up my screen size.

So I guess IMO having a Z10 is a kind of redundant to compliment my iPhone5. That is why Q10 is sooo tempting

Except the Z is very fluent at inputs thanks its almost magical keyboard. I think the difference will be to those that absolutely have to have tactile keys to peck away at. I'm a throughput person and message at an almost stupid level. Haven't skipped a beat with the Z. I pre ordered a Q for my wife thou, because she absolute has to have keys.

In the long run I could see the Z being more durable, with keys there are more moving parts that could fail.

The Q10 is very tempting, but I've grown accustom to the screen size very quickly and I'm not sure I want to give that up especially with the almost magical keyboard on the Z10

I have the z10 but I think a great advantage of the q10 that no one has mentioned are the keyboard shortcuts. I was so quick at doing simple tasks on my 9930 because of the keyboard shortcuts.

For example, on my z10 in order to call someone on my favorites I would have to swipe up to get out of whatever app I'm in. Then hit the phone. Then hit the icon for my favorite. On the bold just hold the speed dial number for a split second.

Another is the whole reply forward and delete an email by just hitting r, f, or delete. On the z10 I find myself wishing the physical keyboard was there. It's rather a pain to delete and forward and reply (from the hub list). From in a message deleting is faster with the keyboard.

Been a blackberry user for a number of years and I never thought I would go to a touch screen phone but after using the Z10 for the first 2 weeks I have no interest in going back to a keyboard phone.......only drawback I have is the battery usage but I'll survive because I love the Z and will be a die hard BB fan till the end

My VZW tier 2 tech advisor recommended waiting 6 months to be sure the Q 10 doesn't suffer from the restarting issue.
