I'm trying to get my bank account number and the only way to do this is through the online banking. And for security purposes the only way to view this is by downloading a PDF file which worked flawlessly on my bold 9930. If I open adobe Reader it shows my download folder being empty but in file mgr its shows my download. If I click on the document I get an error.
I'm also a Google ad sense user and always receive emails at 6am with pdf's attached so I can see how much money I've made on YouTube. Ever since I bought this Z10 I haven't been able to open any documents. I'm gonna post a pic of document I'm trying to open

Okay so here's an update for those who care...
I ended up renaming in from a cgi file to PDF. I don't know why but my Z10 saved the file in another format. And it isn't my banking site because I specifically states that it's a PDF document. But either way I found another work around for this Ummm BlackBerry...smh

You're not getting a PDF if the shot above is any indication. A cgi file is usually part of some kind of web script. Do you get the same type of issue on a desktop, or on the mobile version of your bank's website?

Now updating to meet your update: it sounds like there may be an issue with the script that tries to launch the PDF: either the Z's browser misinterprets it, or there's something on the website that is looking for a desktop browser instead of a mobile one.

I tried desktop mode and it did the same thing. But I fixed my issue by renaming the file name. Isn't this a bit weird? What's a cgi file?
