    Just getting around to adding my email accounts. I have 3.
    Work .... which I'll get tomorrow when I get server info from IT
    GMail .... which went in and saved no problem and
    Telus email which doesn't want to stick. I add email address, password .... Z10 determines settings, I click 'save' and it exits normally. But when I go to the hub there is no Telus email there or anywhere. Tried 3 times. I'm sure I'm missing something simple but I thought I'd ask if anyone else had trouble entering Telus email info.

    This is not some horrible Z10 deficiency .... most likely user error.

    i had the same issue..

    when your in the add account screen open the advanced on the bottom, i used POP and used the following settings
    telus.net

    POP3 or IMAP

    Incoming Server Name: pop.telus.net or imap.telus.net
    Port: 110 (POP) or 143 (IMAP)
    Use Authentication: Yes
    Use SSL: No

    Outgoing Server Name: smtp.telus.net
    Port: 25
    Use Authentication: No
    Use SSL: No

    i had to delete the SMTP username & password and it worked fine after that

    double check the outgoing mail server, i know telus has to use a certain one or it wont work. if you use the ports/ settings in my above post it should work just fine for you.

    ok, so I called my carrier 'Bell' and I had to change the outgoing server address from smtp.telus.net to mail.1xbell.net to get my mail to send over the air, but can no longer send over wifi this way but still receive them. its because email on bb10 does not go through blackberry server now.

    I tried the settings for the z10 and it works for a while then stops. I've called Telus about five times. I'm on Telus with a Telus email but the said when I'm at home and on wifi (Shaw) it picks that up and won't sent my emails so I have to turn off my wifi. Grrrr. Now I'm trying to reset my setting for my email and its not accepting then at all.
