    Usually these little updates are some kind of carrier software that are pushed to those who have installed the same OS using Sachesi or an autoloader.

    Probably carrier-ware or bloat-ware pushed from your cell carrier.
    If not that, then maybe one of your system files got corrupt or was downgraded manually, and now the Software Updates is correcting that.

    Thank you. But I haven't installed my os via sachesi or an autoloader.

    I used to get a 3mb update when I used a 10.2.1 autoloader. I slightly changed the number. As stated above I'm guessing a change in carrier settings.
