In my z10 whenever I insert some headphones or earphones which are without mic they dont play well, the vocals get missing.
But headphones with mic works fine.
Is it like that z10 don't support headphones without mic?? Or its the problem with my device only??? Should I visit service centre for getting it fixed???

Or try different headphones. Although it's rare, some are specifically built to work properly only in certain devices. Generally the problem arises with headphones built specifically for the iPhone.

Sure thing. I had to ask as I have headphone issues but on 10.3.0 and 10.3.1 and not 10.2.1 on my Z10 STL100-2 which has different hardware. If you had tried 3 pairs already and don't get any issues when running through the Phone Speaker then I would if under contract or warrantee get it looked at or replaced as it could well be a faulty headphone socket.

There is no reason why non MIC headphones shouldn't work, the only difference is stereo headphones have 2 black rings around the headphone jack and MIC headphones have 3.

Visit a service centre with your headphones in question and a spare set and let them listen to prove your issue.

Thanks the only real advice I can give unfortunately

I've run into the same problem with non OEM earphones in the past. Unfortunately the only cure was to use the BlackBerry ones.
There are 3rd party earphones that work very well with BlackBerry phones, it's just a matter of trial and error.
Personally I use RHA's and have never had a problem with them.
You can pick them up on Amazon or the Apple Store.
    Hope that helps.
