How do you mass delete messages from the Hub? I just updated to the 10.3.2 and it loaded my FB messages from as far back as 2011. I want to delete this garbage.

Go to the very top on the date and long press. Once menu comes up hit delete prior. Give it a few as that is likely a lot of messages.

No, you shouldn't have to. People in Canada, India, Russia, Indonesia? are getting this update just because their phones are AT&T-sourced. And none of them mentioned having to take the SIM out.

Do you have BB Link installed, by chance? Some people are reporting success in finding the update when connecting their phone to Link and doing a check through Link.

California's has a deadline coming up on July 1st. Minnesota passed a kill switch law too, but I have no idea about that one.

I just got it, too. But mine said it is a mandatory update and is being downloaded and installed automatically..... Never had one like that before

Now that you guys mentioned it, it did come across as a "Mandatory" upgrade.......have never seen that before either........As soon as I opened the notice, it started the download with no chance to backup......oh well......

If you guys could answer these two questions, I'd really appreciate it:

1. Did you have the setting to automatically download and install turned off or on? I'm talking about Settings>Software Updates>more options (gear)>Automatically download and install Software Updates

2. Is your phone AT&T branded or unbranded? In other words, did you buy your phone from AT&T or does it have an AT&T logo on it?

Mine is AT&T branded (bought in March of '13) and I did have automatic updates on. I turned that off quickly and put the new OS on via Link. So far no issues with 10.3.2. Makes the Z10 relevant again if one likes its form factor and BlackBerry. I have been using mine like crazy via WiFi. Thinking about getting it unlocked (I switched to T-Mobile) and throwing a SIM in it and using it as a daily for a week or so.

AT&T branded Z10 with their logo on the back, purchased from AT&T and had automatic software updates turned off. This update was forced down by AT&T during the business day for me . Loving the update and still discovering small stuff like ability to change snooze time from calendar reminder notifications which wasn't available on 10.2.1 (AT&Ts previously released OS)

Check out the notifications settings. How about the ability to set custom notifications per contact - including setting separate volume levels for each notification type. Phone calls can be set loud, but emails can be quieter - if you want.

Oh, and assuming you were still on 10.2.1, how about custom LED notification colors now? You needed a third party app before like BeBuzz or Power Tools, but no longer.

That was my point.

I did lose the ability to add contacts to the custom contacts notifications list while in "Settings" > "Notifications". I can still customize the notifications of a contact by editing the contact from the Contacts app. And they appear in the list in "Settings". I just can't add them while in "Settings".

But, I seem to be among only a very few that have that problem. And it could have come from restoring settings after running the autoloader for 10.3.2.798.

So far I'm wondering what really improved with the new update. My bedtime mode cancel button is right next to the delete button whereas before they were far apart enough to know the difference at 6am. My bluetooth, when connected with my Volvo showed the Volvo logo. Now it shows a Nissan logo (WTF is that about?). When I open the phone in the morning (swiping out of bedside mode) another app opens. Why? The list of calls/texts etc are smaller than before. Maybe it will take time to discover the pros but so far, I'm not THAT impressed.

Yes I planned on staying on 10.2.1 but BlackBerry made that choice for me. I will say that 10.3.2 is running much better on my z10 than on my Classic. Not sure why with same specs. But I do like the update. What I don't like is not having a choice.
