My wife and I still carry Z10s, too hard to justify a new since they work fine. Wife is on Optus and she got her 10.3.1 upgrade last week and I am envious! Anyone has inside story on when Telstra will release 10.3.1?

Yours must be locked to Telstra? If not just put her Sim in yours, update, then swap it back.

Or try a Vodafone sim. I have it on my Passport, Z30 and my son's Z10. But yes, try your wife's Optus sim.

I got the 10.3 from Telstra last week. Mine is a unlocked Z10 STL100-3 that i originally got from Rogers Canada.

It seems some people are just born lucky - The smartphone OS release schedule in the "Crowdsupport" area of Telstra's website pegs updated today (9/04/2015)(yes, the month is in the middle where it should be ) the release date as 29 April.....

It was the 22nd not that long ago, reason given: "Due to issues identified in testing Blackberry will submit new FW for testing based on BB OS 10.3. Updated submission received 20 March however Telstra resource constraints have delayed test start"

Telstra are still stuffing around with excuses as to why they can't test the OS, and release it - not only that, when you tell them some people have it, the mods can't get their heads around the fact that updates are being pushed by Telstra's network without user intervention, not autoloaded by desperate users.... going by the posts above, I'm guessing those who have the update are using phones bought outright from a supplier, not Telco supplied devices.....

Time for you to learn about downloading Sachesi and upgrading your OS yourself....i have been with Telstra since beginning of times but I have never upgraded any BlackBerry OS with them...if you need help hit those forums or send me a message. But BlackBerry is moving to 10.3.2...

I agree with redchilli, anyone wanting the upgrade that badly shouldn't wait for Telstra - their updates page was edited today and the expected date has gone back to "TBA"....... The only explanation given is "Resource requirements for testing" absolutely hopeless.........

Apparently it's just for the Z30 at this stage, I've just done the upgrade and re-loaded an older 10.3.0 calendar to get back the Calendar functionality.

Have updated my Z30. Absolutely, issue free. Everything was intact after the update (but back-up your phone before you do the update, just in case of).

The feel, look and functionality is smooth and clean. Noticed a faster response in terms of the speed. Typing experience is particularly fun. Had some Android apps which stopped working under 10.1 but now they do work. You can now send the Hub Gmail's emails straight to Spam and more other features.
