Every Z10 radio AFTER .2268 (.2559, 2577, 2583) has been messed-up on my unlocked Z10 STL100-3. It does not show any LTE bands under "About" and when it does show LTE on my phone at the top right, it is displayed wrong as "4GLTE" not AT&T LTE. Also LTE does not work. This only happened after I did a hard reset (by holding down the power button until the red light comes on, or pressing both the volume up and volume down at the same time).
If your Z10 is working properly, do a hard reset and let me know what happens. I am using AT&T in the USA. I made an autoloader using 10.3.1.2582 and the .2268 radio and everything works fine. It is only when using ANY radio AFTER .2268 that this weird problem happens.
How do I report this bug to BlackBerry?

I would have done some testing for you but the MNVO I use doesn't support LTE as of yet.

(might "roll back the radio to win" myself... Tim )

Thanks. I'm hoping someone will be brave enough to hard reset their Z10 (not security wipe) and see if they have the same issue. OS 2558, 2576 and 2582 all have the problem so far.

Did the auto-loader trick on both my Z10's to .2558 and the LTE o.b.c. no information available is showing. Did a non destructive to .2582 from .2558 on the spare Z10 during lunch today. Nothing changed.

Can't help any further when you don't have LTE available to you...

I just did that. Same phone as yours, and no problem with being on LTE.
The LTE bands info being unavailable, that happened to me after upgrading from 10.3.1.2072. Had all releases after that, and it did never show for me.
But I am on LTE now as you can see:

Thanks. I am on AT&T prepaid. I wonder why this is happening to my Z10. Like I said, if I use radio 2268 it is fine. LTE works, the LTE bands are listed and all is great. Guess I will just have to stay on 10.3.1.2582 and .2268 radio.

Maybe it has to do with the prepaid thing.
Here is the LTE bands info :

Did you just sideload the. 2268 radio bar with Sachesi over the top of the installed radio?

Good info there. I do not have band 4 LTE in my area. Only band 17 (700 MHz). Maybe it does have something to do with prepaid, but from what I read, GoPhone and post paid are exactly the same except GoPhone has no roaming.
What type of hard reset did you do?

Z50, are you saying the later radio's offer reduced data rates than .2268?

Edit... IIRC gophone (maybe cricket??) has reduced data rates.

No. After having problems with 10.3.1.2558 and later versions, I made an autoloader myself with 10.3.1.2582 Debrick and 10.3.1.2268 radio. It works great. No issues.

No, it's just that the LTE bands seem to be missing with 10.3.1.2558 and later versions. During set-up LTE works fine. It's only after I do a hard reset that things get bad.
I have a native BlackBerry app called "Signal" and it also does not show any LTE bands as being active. I have a Q10 and when I use the same prepaid AT&T SIM I have no problems with LTE It seems like it is just the Z10 radio thats messed up.

How do I report this bug to BlackBerry?
I am on AT&T in northern California. With prior OS 10.3.1 versions, I reinstalled the 1156 radio. (Ref: No Longer getting LTE Signal) I have not done so with the recent OS releases.

I would not bother reporting this issue to BlackBerry. We are accessing AT&T's network, using phone software that AT&T has not yet released for the Z10. Consequently, neither AT&T nor BlackBerry will support investigating our issue at this time.

Screen shot of the AT&T LTE indicator on my Z10STL100-3/10.3.1.2582:

The funny thing is that my Q10 using the same SIM and OS 10.3.1.2582 works great. No problems. I am really thinking it is just a bad Z10 radio in the newer 10.3.1 versions.

I did the power button hold down until the boot screen shows up.

I found the problem. Boy do I feel stupid. My Z10 is a Telus Canada STL100-3 Unlocked. It is the correct version for AT&T and T-Mobile in the USA. The problem is that during setup the default region and language is Canada, English. I didn't see that during setup until I tried it again just a little while ago. Once I set the region to the United States, English all was well.
I guess being in the USA and having the region set to Canada is what the problem was.
Thanks for all the suggestions and help.
