    For anyone that was experiencing this issue with 10.2, just thought I'd throw out there what my issue was, as suggested by another user on here. Do not log in to Facebook when you update. For some reason, it ties itself up with the phones general notifications.. I re-loaded 10.2 without logging in and am now thoroughly enjoying 10.2 as I should have from the start. I'm not a heavy Facebook user, so this didn't bug me at all. At least my texts are showing now. Hope this helps a few of you get back on track, I know there were a couple on here.
