    Is it possible to download a realese of 10.2 and install it without using a computer?

    Only if it comes via OTA. Meaning from your carrier. There's no way to just simply load it up without a computer. You can download the files using the on-device version of Sachesi but that's about it.

    I tried that but it didn't update it just screwed up 10.1 and I had to reload what settings did you use?

    None. I don't use that method lol. I just run autoloaders when they become available.
