    My z10 is unlocked so upgrading to 10.1 over wifi shouldn't be a problem right?

    I'm in Australia and the update is here and others have been able to upgrade the OS.

    I have tried taking the sim out and upgrading over wifi numerous times and it didn't work.

    I tried with the sim card in too.

    I tried with the sim in, and also out, using BlackBerry link but it didn't work either.

    Does anyone have any idea how I can up upgrade? Or have the link to the official 10.1 update?

    I'm with Vodafone here and they haven't pushed the up date yet.

    What is the message you receive when the update fails??
    Are you on a wifi network that requires you to login via the browser once you connect?
    Like many work or school networks??
