    BB10 will not have themes.

    OS7 has limited themes do to BlackBerry dropping the development of the theme maker.

    They do have theme, they simply do not allow you to edit them.

    Probably because it will interfere with the general UI

    I like the regular BlackBerry theme, but I guess it'd be cool to change a few simple things, but I would like BlackBerry to make them, because 3rd party developers always seem to create the ugliest themes.
