Why is blackberry not accepting cc? It did with earlier BlackBerry models.. I have deleted and re added cc info like visa or Amex then when I go to make a purchase... this!


I am in tokyo using ntt docomo sim.. cc is registered to my home address in toronto...

I've been having similar issues for a couple days now, too. Tried carrier billing and PayPal. Both have failed to complete the purchase. My error code is 'AWNOT_AVAILABLEc' when I try.

Tried 3 different credit cards and PayPal and none work either. I'm traveling with T-Mobile in the USA but home is Bell in Canada. Very frustrating since I need an app real bad to download.

Frustrated hour wasted.

Hello, y have a BlackBerry Passeport. Y try so much time to by an apps with visa. If the apps it free the download are good. If it's $ nothing goes. But if y try in a Amazon apps the paiment and download are good. Do you no the probem with BlackBerry World ? Thank you

It is working. Was allowed to purchase my first app since buying the Passport. I did nothing at all at my end. Just waited a week.
